Tuesday...Cardio

Went to the gym to do cardio today. Decided to be kind to my hip and not run, so did the ellip instead. Did 30min at level 15 hills program while trying to keep the rpms above 60. It was tough and really worked up a good sweat- said I burned about 450cal. It also loosened up my hip a bit. Followed my cardio with some stretching and a few reverse crunches and leg lifts using the ab chair.

Nutrition for the day:
egg sub, salsa, gr apple
oatmeal,prot supp
mandarin chicken salad
oatmeal
not sure about dinner, maybe beef,potatoe dish or might go out for some chicken teryaki with veggies.

Had a mini health check at work last Friday and my results were as follows:
Blood pressure 112/70 --very good
Blood Sugar 3.9 (tad low but it was mid afternoon and certainly better than it being high)
Cholesterol: Low
Body Fat: 29%..disappointed by that, but I'm working on it and I'm pretty sure the reading is a bit high. At the gym I came in at 25%.
