Tuesday.....20km cycle and swim.....

Just got back from a 20km cycle with 3 seasoned cyclists. Note to self...don't do a leg workout the day before a cycle...my thighs burned the whole way. Interestingly, the first time I cycled this route it took me 48min, today it took us 44min and it was windy! Boy, riding with seasoned cyclists puts a whole new percpective on things, but I held my own pretty well--except for the hills...

I will be swimming tonight for an hour with my Masters Swim Club.

Diet is going pretty good. Got into a bit of dark chocolate last night (for the antioxidants). Also discovered triscuits. At least they're 100% whole wheat and nice an salty-although I bought the low salt variety. Put a trace of low fat cream cheese (garlic and chives) and i had a great little snack. I think 5 crackers have about 80cal and only 1.5g of fat. Breakfast was GoLean cerial, lunch was salad with chicken breast and Dinner was imitation crab and some antipasto...so pretty good. I've also been having oatmeal at `1030am and 3pm, sometimes with added protien.
