DB curls (cause I wanted to) 35x10 40x10 45x10 50x10
Highlights: Man I felt the GM right away. I was close to a PR on them but the form on the last set was shaky so I cut it off. I have neve done rack pulls for DL before and it felt great a little hard to do as I have to use two flat benches....so loading the bar took me and another guy there. All in all I think on its own day I could have nailed 475-500 easy.
Lowlights: The FREAKING Y NEEDS TO GET A DAMMN SQUAT CAGE/POWER RACK!
