Tues..Cardi...Run in T and Shorts...woo hoo!!

First time this year for a run in T-shirt and shorts. It was only 10C outside, but it was warm enough with the sun shining! I did my usual 5km route with a nice sprint at the end. Felt great, other than my hip bugging me about half way thru.

Stretched to cool down followed by a bit of ab work.

My arms are a tad sore from yesterdays workout--think it was the hammer curls.

Nutrition:
CC/berries and a plum
oatmeal/berries
tuna stuffed red pepper/ gr apple
oatmeal/protien sup
chicken/br rice/veggies
yogurt/berries

I feel like I won't have much problems following my current diet plan.
