Beautiful day outside today--21 degrees C--tank and shorts for running today yippy!!!
Ran 5km, did some interval training but didn't have a watch on so I just winged it. Probably took me about 20-25min. Will try and time it next time.
Felt very good.
Might invest in a heart rate monitor to try and set goals for myself with running.
Great to get back outside (although I won't hold my breath, it's supposed to only go up to 10C on Thursday brrrr!)
