This morning I did about 15 minutes of HIIT...

This evening I did the rest...

Tris:
Lying Tricep Xtns: 12x30/8x50/6x55/5x60
Seated OH DB Xtns: 10x20/10x30/8x40/8x45
Dips: 12x10/12x10/10x25/9x25

Bis:
Standing EZ Bar Curls: 10x30/8x35/7x40/7x45
Standing BB 21's: 21x30/21x30

Abs:
Ball Obliques: 20/20/20/20
Leg Raises: 20/20/20/20
Crunches: 20x25/20x25/20x25/20x25
