Tris and Bis today

Arms felt good after the workout... I dropped abs today as I'm working them tomorrow... and besides, it's Father's Day... must cut some slack, right?
Lying T-Xtns: 12x30/12x50/11x50/9x55
DB Kickbacks: 12x10/12x10/12x15/12x15
EZ-Bar Curls: 12x30/12x40/10x40/8x45
DB Hammer Curls: 12x10/12x10/10x15/10x15
The shoulder still pinched a little with the Kickbacks, even though I lowered the weight... gonna check that out with the doc next week... even though I don't believe him about anything...
Did some shoulder exercises Charlie supplied me for rotator cuff rehab... whew... the Lying Side one was a killer... even with five pounds...
Today, the plan, get some cardio by playing ball with the kids.
Yesterday, some yard work helped with some cardio...
