Took unscheduled rest day yesterday...back to the gym today

Yesterday should have been a cardio day, but I had to go to the dentist instead....would have prefered the cardio!!

Today I did a full body workout:

5min treadmill
1. walking lunges: 12X 1/step//2/step//3/step these are quite tough even without weight!
2. asst pull ups: 12X100/12X90/8X80 (55/65/75)
3. BB squats: 15X45(bar only)/15X65/15X85 I'm slowly working up the weight as I get more comfortable doing these. I kind of like these over the smith squats-more challenging. Still having a tough time getting the bar comfortable on my back.
4. HS incline bench press 15Xno weight(not sure of start weight) / 15X20lbs / 12X30lbs
5. seated row: 15X50/12X60/12X70
6. wide lat pull downs: 15X50/12X60/10X70lbs
7. abs: incline crunches, incline twist crunches, decline leg lifts
8. back extentions 15/12/12
stretch to cool down

My hips and hamstrings are finally getting much better (after almost a year of physio). Yippy! Pretty good workout, but need to get a diary to start better tracking my workouts while doing them.

Will run tomorrow and probably rest on Sunday-other than yard work.....
