thursday...stressed, depressed and tired.....until......
A lot going on at work and home this week and it seemed to really hit me. I was tired, cranky and generally depressed. Chose not to work out at lunch. Got home and loafed on the couch trying to convince myself that I really didn't want to go swimming at 9pm. At 8:15 went upstairs to put on my PJ's...but....put on my swim suit instead and headed out the door. I felt 100% better after the swim...stress gone...tiredness gone..no longer depressed.....Gotta love exercise!!!! Feel totally revived and refocused!
