thursday....still hangin in there......
this certainly is a challenge to say the least! Did my "Thursday" workout and added in 15min cardio immediately following(all I could fit in today) Glad the wts was a shorter workout today!
3X10 pushups (warmup)
4X12 cable rows 60/60/60/70(10)
3X12 wide lat PD's 60/60/60/60
no shrugs (afraid these will do in my neck/shoulder)
3X12 incline db curls 12lb single arm (left arm way weaker than right, could barely get the 12 in on left, no problem on right)
3 sets supermans (hyperextention machine being used)
15 min on eliptical, burned 200cal
Done for the day. Getting hair done after work and desperately need to do some housework, so no swimming tonight.
Diet today:
eggs/back bacon/grain toast w sunflower seeds(one small slice dry)
protien+oatmeal+water
smoked salmon on grain bread w sunflower seeds+capres+spicy mustard (salmon: 170cal/8F/2C/20P)
protien+milk
Turkey + veggies
I ran out of my stock of rice and yams, hence the bread for lunch. I'll try and make a batch tonight. I'll likely have too many carbs today, but the bread slices were small, whole grain and loaded with sunflower seeds. Actually a nice change since I rarely eat sandwiches.
