Thursday's workout...changed things up a bit...

Went to the gym for my usual full body routine, but wanted to do something a bit different from rows/squats/lunges etc. So here's what I came up with:

5min on TM
Leg Press: 15X90/12X140/12X190
Leg curl: 12X50/12X60/12X70
Leg ext.: 12X70/12X80/10X90
asst pullups: 12X90/12X80/8X70
HS bench: 3X12X36
wd lat pulldowns: 12X50/12X60/10X70 (need to up the wt)
tricept pushdowns with rope: 12X20/12X30/10X35
ABS: worked obliques using back ext. appartus, incline crunches and twist crunches, more incline crunches on ab bench with max incline, also some V crunches.

Tons of stretching to cool down.

Not terribly different from usual, but different enough...I think my thighs may be sore tomorrow.
