Thursday's Swim...Fri/Sat and Sunday.

The swim was great last night..here's what we did:

300m warmup swim, choice of stroke

4X of:
50 free
25 kick
50 breast
25 kick
50 back
25 kick
=900m

8X
50 kick
50 streamline push/free
=800m

100m cool down

2100m total swim (84 lengths)

Felt good to get back to the pool....I'm going to enjoy this!

This afternoon...Golf, Saturday...Golf, Sunday...maybe swimming if I get back in time. If not, I'll go for a bike ride. (hamstring still sore, so I'm not going to run for another week)
