Thursday....full body circuit routine
I did another full body circuit routine at the gym. I changed it a bit from what I did monday. I was very tired and weak today...think it's just PMS or my body reacting to the increase in activity. Still worked up a good sweat.
Next week I'm going to start working on my running/cycling and swimming speed by incorporating some hills training etc. Hopefully I won't be quite as tired next week.
