Thursday....finally a nice day for a run
Was able to run in shorts and a T today, a bit cool, but OK for running. Went at a pretty easy steady pace today and sprinted for the last wee bit. My hip is still getting tight from running, but I think it's getting better..we'll see later today.
My abs are actually a bit sore from yesterdays ab work on the ball. I'll have to continue with this because I haven't felt my abs sore in a long time, so it must be working them a bit harder.
Nutrition for today:
1% yogurt and mixed berries with a bit of Kashi Golean thrown in
banana/oatmeal
chicken greek salad with FF italian dressing
oatmeal/protien supp
Not sure what to have for dinner but it will likely involve chicken and/or shrimp with veggies
Other activities
Fencing class tonight
