..Thursday...Cardio & Pilates

Should have gone for a 6.5km run today. Nice weather for it, but my legs were sore. Probably from the massage and leg work and 18 holes of golf! So I decided to take it a bit easy today and do the elipticle trainer instead.

I basically did a HIIT routine with the hills program for 35minutes (including warmup)

I've come to the realization that I am an exercise addict! I decide to take it easy because I'm sore and end up doing HIIT on an eliptical??? Oh well, guess it was better than going out for lunch and it did loosen up my hips and legs a bit.

I've got a pilates class this evening.

Shot 104 on the golf course yesterday...still trying to break 100.
