..Thursday...Cardio + Pilates

Cardio day today:

Did 35 min. on the treadmill (3.6 miles)

5min warm
20min, worked up to 6.5mph then held steady pace
7 min @ 5.5mph
3min cool down.

Also did 3X15 @5lbs of rot cuff with cable. For tendonitis in L shoulder.

Back to work to rest (:

1hr Pilates class this evening.

The extra carbs in my diet seem to be helping my energy level.
