Thursday...Cardio because it's gorgeous outside!!
I went for a 5km run at lunch and really pushed myself today (to rid myself of yesterdays chocolate mishap). Felt great, hip not bad, which is a good thing.
I just confirmed my family's trip to Tobago in July, so I now have an official target to shoot for. It always helps me to have some kind of goal to aim for and a trip to the carribean will do the trick!!! I want to drop 15lbs by then, so it's time to get serious! I have about 10 weeks, so it is certainly do-able.
