Thursday....Cardio (as always)

Did 30min hills progam on ellip. 1st half at level 12, second have at level 17. Says I burned 475 cal, whatever....worked up a good sweat and certainly got my heartrate up.

Followed my cardio with back extentions 3X10 with last set using a 10lb wt. Also did some ab work on the ab chair 15 bent lifts, 15 bent twist, 10 st leg lifts--boy these get my heart pumping!! Lot's of stretching followed. Tendonitis seems to be getting a bit better.

Back to work for some homemade chili...yumm!! Great on a cold day like this, I think it's about minus 17 C with the wind chill, but at least the sun is out!!
