As i was heading out the door this morning my 15 year old looked at me and asked "where's your gym bag" to which I replied, "I'm not working out at lunch today", she smurked and said, "that's good Mom, it's a first step to ween yourself from your workout addiction" at which I quietly replied, "ya, but I am still swimming tonight" she just shook her head".....I guess there are worse additions though (:

So, obviously, I'm not working out at noon, but will go to my masters swim program tonight. Over the lunch hour I'm heading to a swim supply store to buy a new swimsuit, pull bouys, fins and paddles......I really am hopeless!
