Thursday, golf, Friday , golf. then the weekend....life is good!
I played in a golf tourny yesterday and had fun but little exercise. I have a chance to play again today on a nice course so I jumped at it. I am going to try and go to the gym for a short workout beforehad. I'll be running tomorrow, about 6km. Gardening and lawn work on Sunday. So not a typical workout week, but still got done what I needed to. Hope I can break 100 on the golf course!!
