Thursday and Friday.....beginning to waver.....
Well yesterday, with good intentions, my hubby and I went for a short rollerblade at lunch. Then we stopped to grab something to eat. I had a hamburger, fries and onion rings...OMG, it's been literally years since I order a burger from a restaraunt! I eaten at least 1 bad thing everyday this week (typically a choc bar or big cookie) and have had a beer or 2 or 3 after work most days.....Hmmmm...not good. I'm going to put this week behind me and hopefully it is just hormonal, because if I keep this up I'll be wearing a moomoo in Tobago, not a bikini!!
At least I got to the gym most days this week, but even there I'm loosing my enthusiasm...I'll be glad when my vacation gets here, I think I need it!
Today's workout went as follows (no iPod, not bottle of water....rrggg)
5min run on treadmill for warmup
3 set 10 pushups
asst pull ups 8X50/6X50/6X50 (105lbs)
BO singl arm db rows: 10X20/10X25/8X30lbs
flat bench press: 10X45/10X55/10X55/8X55 (more wt next week)
BB squats: 12X45/10X95/10X115
Ab work
stretch to cool down.
I'm leaving early today to get in some golf. I may go for a run tomorrow...but i doubt it. Lots of yard work to do though. Probably go for a long roller blade with the family on Sunday, Fathers Day!
Hope I'm feeling more motivated next week!!!
