Went to the dog park again this morning - my butt and legs were screaming when I climbed the hill!!!!
The workout du jour is Abs/calves/cardio
warmed up 8 minutes on bike
superset reverse curls and crunches 2 sets of 25 each
superset seated and standing calf raises 60X15 and 20X15, respectively, for 2 sets each.
25 minutes elliptical trainer hill program.
Extra stretching!!!!
And I am going to play in the pool tonight, though probably not too actively!
