Ate and drank too much yet again....But, did get in my exercise. The run went OK, but we seemed to take walking breaks a lot more than usual during the 5km. I did a hot yoga class on Sunday morning and it almost killed me. I was extremely tight and tired. Think the tightness may be due to the unusually cold weather ); I also seem to be going to a sleep deprivation period again...
Not a stellar weekend food/drink and exercise wise, but not horrible either. Starting the week fresh today...
Checked out racing bicycles over the weekend for training for the triathlon. Looks like I'd have to drop about $850 on an entry level bike....going to have to think about that one, I could buy a nice set of new golf clubs for that price...hmmm...
