Warm Up: Three minutes on the treadmill

BB Step Up: 65lbsx15/85lbsx15/135lbsx15/135lbsx15
Single Leg Squats: 8/8/8
Seated Cable Rows: 60lbsx15/80lbsx12/100lbsx10/160lbsx8
Bench Press: 65lbsx15/85lbsx12/115lbsx10/135lbsx5

Followed this with some stretching.

Thoughts: Kinda did whatever I wanted today. Hadn't done a bench press since June and I was slightly disappointed with the weight. Mind you, I started heavier this time. I do NOT like the BB Step Ups. I just can't get a heavy enough weight over my head to make the step ups matter.

I will now be taking some time off as the rest of the week is stupid busy for me. I will be starting a new routine on Monday.
