Can already tell i won't be able to lift my arms over shoulder height tomorrow. I love it!!!

warm up
seated overhead presses w/ db's 15lbsx20, 15lbsx20

Pushpress dropset:
Set 1
superset - front db raises, palms down 12lbsX10
Pushpress dropset:
Set 2
superset front db raises - 15lbsX10
Pushpress dropset:
Set 3
superset - front db raises 20X10
Pushpress - 65X8
superset db front raise 20X10 (hellish)
Pushpress 65X8

Cable side laterals (with bands)
green +yellow for 15, 15, 12, 12

Db shrugs 30lbsX15
30 second db hold with 35lbs
DB shrugs 35lbsX10
30 second DB hold with 40lbs
DB shrugs 40lbsX12
30 second DB hold with 45lbs

Arms gone.....

The most I could squeeze out for abs today was 3 sets of 25 bicycle crunches... better next time when I have the routine down and it doesn't take as long.

If it wasn't for Disturbed I wouldn't have made it!!!!!
