Thanks still working at it. Almost got all 3 planned wrokouts in, will go tomorrow for leg and sh day! Should be able to get a normal 4 day a week plan in place by mid april. I start my new job march 27th. Told my boss at Hollywood and she flipped out for about a day but now is cool with it. I am hoping to do a "light" Max try in 2-3 weeks then hit West Side style again by mid april. A real max try ( hit 325 on bench and 475 on DL and 475 on sq) by the end of april. I am, I think about 75% right now. Meaning I could hit 395 easy for DL I feel maybe a 425 if I had a good food day. That is the other thing since starting at Hollywood my cals went from about 3000 to 2000 if that a day. I just do not have time to eat 2-3 meals at work. I get one half hour lunch and usually eat a mulit grain sandwhich and a can of soup. I also drink coffee like crazy and still hit a gal of water a day. MY first appointments for surgery are next month, that is exciting.
