TGIF....gym day

Went to the gym for some wt training. I'm a bit tired today (tough swim last night and then stayed up past midnight helping my daughter with some homework) Here's what I did:

4min walk on treadmill

Smith squats 12X25lb/12X95lb/12X115/10X135
Asst Pullups 10X70/8X60/8X60/6X60 (90lb/100lb)
flat bench//leg lifts 3 sets of 12X45lb//12 leg lifts
SL DL's 12X45lb/10X65lb/10X85lb/8X85lb

That's it for today....finished with some stretching.

I'll be running tomorrow morning ~5km and then I may go to Master's Swim on Sunday morning (depending on what I do Sat night ;)
