TGIF! Wts today...Almost did myself some serious damage in fencing!

Just as I was finishing my last bout in my fencing class I managed to twist my ankle...thought I was screwed...but I was able to walk it out, and although it was pretty stiff and sore this morning, it seemed OK after I walked on it a while. At least it didn't bother me when I was working out today. Hopefully I can run on it tomorrow.

Went to the gym for a wts session over lunch. Focused on full body compound moves and abs.

4min on ellip
3X12 pushups
3X12 HS squats 75lb/95lbs/145lbs
4 sets Assist pullups 12X90/12X80/10X70/6X60 (1st time at 60) (translates to lifting 70/80/90/100lbs)
4 sets SL DL's 12X45lb/12X65lb/10X85lb/8X105lbs
4 sets HS bench press 12X36/12X45/12X56/10X56 (1st at 56)
3 sets Seated cable rows 12X60lb/12X70lb/10X80lb
ab work on incline bench 2 sets V crunches/leg lifts/rev crunches

Lots of stretching to cool down

Nutrition:
egg subs, salsa/gr apple
oatmeal, prot supp
mandarin chicken salad with FF dressing
FF yogurt, berries
Chicken teryaki from restaraunt..veggies/chicken only-no rice

Will be running tomorrow (if ankle OK) and Sunday's a rest day
