I don't have specific numbers, but apparently, most of my blood work is normal. I had an ECG as well and things were good there, too.

But, my triglycerides are normal, the good cholesterol is good, and the bad cholesterol is bad. I'm apparently supposed to exercise more and eat less fat. He never did ask if I exercise.

I didn't get specific numbers, but I'll see what I can get today.

As for the dizzy spells, they are mostly gone. I will continue to monitor them though.
