I'm so happy that my gym has a family area where I can work out and my son can play and watch tv.  My old excuse of trying to find someone to watch my son is no more!!  My hubby and I can go at the same time now and that's friggin' awesome!

Cardio - Treadmill - I RAN!!!!  And I never run.  I'll walk fast on an incline, but this time, I ran!  I have very short legs, so hitting 5 on the treadmill is a VERY big deal to me!!  

No weights for me this day.  Thank goodness...  lol

BTW - It's raining like CRAZY over here today! (Tampa, FL)  I'm hoping it's not too flooded for me to go to the gym tomorrow.  I may have to settle for DVD workouts and Wii Fit! lol
