Survived the weekend...sort of...
Was pretty good this weekend, including Friday night(primarily because hubby's out of town). I had a good run on Sat. morning ~6km thru trails. Diet was going extremely well, but I was out of town on Sat. night to visit my sister and we all went to a pub for a quick bite to eat. I figured...no problem...will just order a salad or something light...turns out the cook wasn't in and all they were serving was chicken wings, fries and onion rings..I kid you not! So...I had chicken wings for dinner and a few pints--I'll count it as my "free meal". All in all, other than dinner/drinks on Sat. night, the diet went very well. We even went out to a buffet brunch the next morning and I just had eggs and some veggies.
So, I felt pretty good about the weekend and feel I'm pretty set with my eating patterns. We'll see how my wieght and measurements are next week, but I fully expect to see some progress!
