I thought I was really tired, but my upper body was going strong today. My knees are sore, so i didn't up the weight on my squats at all today.
Warm-up recumbent bike 6 minutes
DB upright rows 15'sX20, 20X12, 20X12
DB Military presses 15X15, 25X12, 30X12 superset with
squats 95X12, 95X12, 75X15 (didn't realize that it wasn't my weight, seemed so easy :0 )
Bent-over db row 15X15, 20X12, 25X12 superset with
leg ext. 25X15, 35X15, 40X12
back ext. 4X22, 8X15, 8X15 superset with
leg curl 35X20, 45X15, 50x12
Bench press 95X12, 105X12, 135X8 superset with
standing one-leg calf raise bdywtX15, 8X12, 8X12
Incline flye 20X12, 20X12, 25X12 superset with
preacher curls ez curl bar +5X15, +15X12, +20X12
triceps kickback 8X12, 12X12, 15X12 superset with
wrist curls 8X15, 10X12, 12x12 and
reverse wrist curls 5X15, 8X12, 10X12
stretchecd out. Good workout!
