Sunday...Yay, REST DAY!!!!!
I almost went swimming this morning and figured it would be a lot smarter to take a rest day...finally!! My hubby and I went to the gym together yesterday, since the required workout was pretty short (and he won't spend more than 30min working out--better than nothing though!) Here's what I did:
ABS: 3 sets 20X crunches/obliques/leg lifts (I can really see my abs tightening up again--woohoo!)
4 sets smith squats: 12X75/12X95/10X125/10X125
3 sets leg press: 12X90/12X180/12X180
3 sets leg curls: 12X50/12X60/10X65
3 sets leg ext: 12X60/12X65/12X70
3 sets seated calf raises: 12X50/12X50/12X50
Stretch to cool down.
I had 1 person at work call me skinny this week and my husband also said I look like I've lost wt...so this must be working!!
Today I had to bake banana bread for a bake sale...smells sooo yummy...but totally resisted sampling! Also made a big batch of NYM meat loaf and ate a couple of those for lunch...yummy! Not at all worried about halloween candy, just not going to even be tempted. I have a dress I haven't worn in a year which I want to wear to a work function on Thursday night (it's a beautiful soft pink, body hugging suede-so no stretch at all). It was a tad snug 3 weeks ago, today if fits perfect--woohoo!!
3 weeks gone...onto week #4...can't wt to see how I measure up next week!
