Still here

I have been doing my exercises like I should and walkinf a mile each day as well. I can see a difference when I look at my body and see where some weight has come off. The scale however is not showing a difference. I tell myself that the scale has not been reliable and do not get depressed by the numbers because I will feel like I am doing everything for nothing and give up again.

I need to keep it up this time I am throwing the scale out the back door.

    Scale is bad to go by. Take measurements using measuring tape, that is the best way :-) Keep up the great work!
