still at it

muscles getting bigger and getting stronger still 5 days strength training and 7 days 8 mile bike rides. can't get rid of the man boobs and belly and triceps arm fat fast enough but still going.

met a workout buddy at the gym so we motivate each other.  well he is more advanced than I am so I basically just ask him questions.

I just want to see more definition, I don't need to be ripped although I would like to be but I don't think I will get there so I just want to be a little defined with some muscle tone.

If I could fix my diet I would see so much more results so much faster.  less carbs more protein and fruits and veggies. i don't really eat junk food but sometimes I give in to my salty and sweet cravings.

I won't stop, I can't stop! If I believe it, I will acheive it!!! free trainers rules!!!! Thanks guys!!!

    thank you so much for the encouraging words kattyfigs. I gained 10 lbs this past month and a half because i gave in to my cravings but i won't give up. :) good luck on your journey as well.

    Hey buddy, don't give up because you're not getting there fast enough! Enjoy what you get out of each workout and the rest will come eventually. It's great that you don't eat much junk, takes a lot of self control. I had one too many pop tarts yesterday :S
