Squats 135x10 225x5 275x1 315x1 365x1 405x1 425x1 455x1 225x8 ATG
Box squats 135x8 that was it legs fried.

Dips using assisted dip machine 4 sets 6 reps last set using only 95lbs of "help"
CGB 135x10 155x10 185x6
Rope pull down 50x10 70x10

Highlights: Hit 455x1!
Lowlights: wanted to hit the 455 better. I went lower than last time and actually made the lfit! So I am good!
