Sometimes you have good days...

..and sometimes some not so good days...

Back in June I tried the one rep max on Deadlifts... so, today, I thought I'd give it a whirl. In June I hit 300... today, not quite...

Here's how June went:
135lbsx5/185lbsx1/225x1/235x1/260x1/270x1/280x1/290x1/300x1

Today:
135x1/185lbsx1/225x1/235x1/260x1/270x1/280x1/290x1/300x0!/215x2/165x3

Disappointed. I had a bit of a struggle with the 290 but figured I'd go for 300. Got the bar halfway up and started to lose my footing. At that point I decided to put it down and drop the weight for a few more sets. I should do these more often, I suppose.

Some days are good, some aren't as good.

Finished the DL's and then did some scapular retraction on the ball. 3x10
