Sometimes you gotta improvise.

Today was bis and tris... but, some of the equipment I planned on using was being used by someone else, so, changed things up... sometimes, you just gotta do that.
Week Five/Day Four
Start: 8:14am
Finish: 9:16am
Warm Up: Five minutes on Treadmill.
Standing Two Handed Cable Curls: 10kgx10/12.5kgx8/17.5kgx6/22.5x6
Concentration Curls: 12lbsx10/15lbsx8/25lbsx6/30lbsx6 (still spotting the last couple reps on the left arm.)
Here's where the improvisation came in:
One Arm DB Tricep Xtns: 12lbsx10/15lbsx8/20lbsx6/30lbsx6 (spotted the last set.. mostly on the right arm)
Tricep Rope Pushdowns: 10kbsx10/12.5kgx8/15kgx6/20kgx6
Close Grip Pushups: 17/10/10/10
Tick Tocks: 20lbsx40
SS:
Frog Crunches: 2x20
Leg Raises: 2x20
So, even though the improv was thrown in, still had a good workout. Been a while since I did the One Arm Xtns.
