Some Numbers

While I don't necessarily believe the numbers, it does give me a positive feeling.
I use www.mybodycomp.com for bf%, etc. It's not as accurate as calipers and depends on the person doing the measuring, but at least it gives you some idea of where you're going and where you are at.
Apparently between April 17th and July 23rd (14 weeks), I have seen a dramatic decrease in body fat. I had 21.71% and am now at 15.01%. A decrease of 6.7%!! Again, not so sure I believe it, but heck, it's going the right way.
Other numbers of note:
Weight from 190lbs to 191lbs.
Lean Body Mass from 148.75 to 162.33lbs
Fat Mass from 41.25 to 28.67lbs
Bicep (relaxed) from 12.36 inches to 13 inches
Abdomen from 37.57 inches to 36.50 inches.
Chest from 40.54 to 41 inches.
Shoulders from 47.95 to 49 inches.
BMI from 26.19 to 26.32.
Interesting numbers. I like. Do I believe them? Not completely but it does leave me thinking positive and that the full body is for everyone, not just beginners.
