Well I wanted to put down some thoughts on my current workout. I am trying to use a more techincial powerlifting routine. On heavy days I try not to do to much but the main lifts. On lighter days I will add more exercises into themix.
So far I am feeling very happy with the results. In just one month i have hit many PRs one of which is the 315 bench. Now I will work on increaseing the volume on the heavier sets for a cycle or two. Another thing I am very proud of is the 455 Dl I got. I am that much closer to 600!
Diet: Well I am losing body fat....I think. My fat on the upper stomach (inbetween breast bone and belly button) is decreaseing as well as the lover handles and if I am not falling into a wishfull thinking trap so are the man boobys! All in all I feel very psyched for each workout. I was going to take a week off soon but I am pushng that back a month or so.
