Sick last week started new routine

I had a bad sinus infection and decided with my wifes surgery and all I just let the workouts go. I was not sleeping well till 2 nights ago. So today I went in. Decided to take shoulders and combine with chest. I put tri with legs. Anyway here is what happened with chest

Flat bench 135x12 155x10 185x10 205x8 225x6
Decline 185x10 225x5x2
Incline 135x10 155x10 175x10

Standing shoulder press 135x10 155x6 175x3
Shrugs 225x10 315x7 405x10 (Straps added) 455x10 495x10
Machine soulder press 120x5 140x5 150x5 160x5

Highlights: Good to get back into the gym
Lowlights: none really
