Front DB Raises: 12x10/12x15/10x15/10x20 (no change)
Standing Lat Raises: 12x10/12x10/10x15/8x20 (Up two reps on last set)

Bent Over DB Rows: 12x40/12x50/10x60/10x60 (first time doing these)
One Arm DB Rows: 12x20/12x30/10x40/10x45 (No change)

Swapped an exercise for the Bent Over DB rows.... essentially the same as the one arm and didn't notice till I started my routine... I'm guessing my upper back will feel it tomorrow...!
