Shoulders/Abs

Didn't really feel as though I gave it my all with the first few reps on the shoulders... started to pay more attention about midway through the second set...

Front DB Raises: 12x10/12x10/10x15/10x15
Standing Lat Raises: 12x10/12x10/12x10/10x15
Bent Over DB Lats: 12x10/12x10/12x10/12x10

The abs went up by ten reps today... whew... 25 reps and three sets of each of the following:

Twisting Crunches/Leg Raises/Bent Knee Lying Side Leg Raises...

The Bent Knee Raises were agony towards the end, but not as bad as the Leg Raises...

Made it through though...
