Pressdowns 90x10 150x10 160x10 190x10
Rope pulldowns 40x10 50x10 60x10

Highlights: Felt good to hit 155x5 for sh presses

Lowlights: Tried to do the dumb bell presses behind the neck. Had to stop as the pain in my elbows was very great.
