Lateral raises/rear delt 20x10 25x10 30x10
Shrugs 205x10 225x10 255x10 275x10 285x10 135x10

squats 135x10 165x10 185x10 195x10 205x8
leg ext 70x13 80x10 90x10
ham curls 70x10 80x10

Highlights: Man what a workout! I am sore but pleasantly so! Legs rocked could have gone much higher in weight but chose not to till next week.

Lowlights: None really mad that I did not get more on the BTN presses.
