Shoulders and a couple of excuses

Seated DB Presses: 10x20/10x20/8x25/7x25
Military Presses: 10x40/8x60/6x70/6x80
Standing Lat Raises: 10x10/10x10/8x15/8x15

The excuses: I was scheduled to do Calves and Abs today as well... still have DOMS in the lower back. That's excuse #1... excuse #2 is I got a call as I was wrapping up shoulders to attend a quick meeting...

Tomorrow is an off day... I'll rest and let the back catch up as Friday is back day... I may hold off on that too...
