Dropped the abs today... worked them two days in a row and can feel it...

Military Press: 10x40/8x60/8x65/7x70
Seated DB Press: 10x10/8x15/6x20/6x25
Standing Lat Raises: 10x10/10x15/8x15/8x15

Reverse Calf Raises: 25/25/25/25
