warm-up light presses 15lbsx20, 15x20

Dropset pushpresses with clean & press last set

65x10 - 60x6 - 55x6 - 45x8
65x7 - 60x5 - 55x5 - 45x8
65x6 - 60x5 - 55x5 - 45x7

superset with front raises 20x10 (form went downhill) 15X10, 15X10, 15X10

Cable side laterals (with bands)

green+yellow for 15, 15, 12, 12

DB shrugs 30x15, 35x10, 40x12 superset with holds
35/30sec, 40/30 seconds, 45/30 seconds

ABS decline sit-ups, 25 and 25 with 8lb med ball

swissball toss superset with endless med ball crunches on swiss ball (my buddy came over to push me today)

reverse curls, a seemingly endless set, my legs got tired, my abs gone!

Glad I worked out today - feel better and hope to feel better in the morning tomorrow so I can work arms!
