Warm-up 5 minutes on elliptical
Standing military presses 45/15 65/10, 70/9, 75/6, 75/6
BB shrugs 75/15, 85/15, 95/15
Arnold presses (these really sucked today) 30/12, 30/10, 30/8
Upright cable row 25/12 35/10, 40/8
Reverse flyes 10/15, 12/12, 15/10
rotator cuff exercises w/band
Internal yellow /3 sets of 15
External yellow /1 set 15, 2 sets 12
Was going to do kickboxing, but the video was so stupid and i was tired. I may do Tae Bo tomorrow, or maybe ride my bike later. i am having my PWO shake now!!!
