Saturday & Sunday
Saturday I went for a 5km run. My legs felt very heavy (probably due to the red wine on Friday night) so I went at a pretty steady moderate pace. Did some housework and then went and played 18 holes of golf (although my game was so bad i had to stop keeping score...again the effects of the red wine the night before) I felt much better on Sunday and we got in another 9 holes of golf. Over indulged both food and wine wise this weekend, but I did OK. Back to reality on monday!
